We were from out of town. Got us in quickly & serviced us the next day. Told us that the vehicle would be serviced first thing in the morning but that did not happen. Josh told us of the delay when we got back to the dealership the next day at the time the vehicle should have been done. Josh informed us and said it should be done in a couple of hours. He texted us when the vehicle was ready.

I had the engine oil and oil filter changed and the tires rotated and overall inspection.

Mike Castore did a great job getting us an appointment for service in short notice. That said, their phone system is horrible and I almost went elsewhere because after sitting on hold for way too long I had to call back. Then had to wait again but I waited. Not sure I would buy a vehicle there if they dont fix that. They need a human to answer the phones not some AI computer

Wendy was fantastic and worked with my extended warranty and got everything I needed covered beside my deductible. I couldn’t be happier!
