I didn't remember the man's name that took care of me but he met me at the car and explained what they were going to do, and ordered the part for the recall work that needed to be taken care of and spent time explaining information referring to how the warranty and extended warranty works. He told me how long it would take and called when the work was completed. I couldn't ask for better service. ?? Thank you!
