Andrew was able to get the vehicle looked at right away instead of days later, as reported by AI. I was kept in the loop of when it was being looked at and the issues found. Eugene H. fixed the issues in record time and the vehicle was finished the same day it was towed to Cape Coral Jeep. He even sent a video of the car and what was found to be the issue. Usually, things don’t go as planned and issues arise, but Andrew and Eugene made the process run smoothly. Highly recommend this dynamic duo.

Asked for it to be detailed while they had it to clean inside and told her I would pay for it but when I picked it up wasn’t done. The service dept use to be way better with previous owners.
