I recently to my new Jeep into our Cape Coral dealership and was greeted by Josh. He was extremely helpful and took great care of me. I was shocked because he explained to me that I had bolt in my tire and I needed a new tire. It was lunchtime and most everyone was gone. I was concerned because I was headed out of town. No worries however, because Josh took excellent care of me and got me a brand new tire and had me out of there and on the road as soon as possible. I was truly impressed with his quick and friendly service! Well done Josh!

I was in Michigan thinking about getting a new truck but wanted to make sure that I purchased it in Florida. After doing a few searches, I found Cape Coral Dodge Chrysler ram Jeep dealership and contacted them. I was connected with a salesman name Andy Turner. This was probably the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. He introduced me to a ram 1500 Laramie in a bright white with bison brown leather seating. It was a 2006. We conducted everything via phone and online. I work with the business manager Christian. I never thought I would be able to purchase a new truck online but frankly it was easier than I’ve ever experience doing it face-to-face. I flew back to Florida yesterday evening and came up and picked up the truck and I couldn’t be more pleased. This facility is absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t give them anything less than five stars. In fact if I could give them 10 I would. You should contact them!

I don’t even know where to begin w this. MULTIPLE experiences with this location and Fort Myers over the last 2 years and Josh in service and maintenance was the icing on the cake with getting a review out of me. Me and my wife have bought multiple cars from CDJR and had services up to date. Excellent experiences every single time. Last night, maybe 30 min, if not less from closing, Josh said he’d look at my wife’s car (review below) and see what the issue is. Found out it was the aux battery dead and draining the main. Unhesitantly he says don’t worry about it, we got you. That kind of rarely seen work ethic makes you feel like a priority and makes you feel like family. I retired after 24 years from the Army 2 years ago when we bought our first car here. Josh showed me something rarely seen in my eyes. Care, compassion and integrity. His company values scream “do it right the first time.” So this review is a trickle effect from one service and how others can see the reaction of how a situation was handled and tell friends and family about it. Of course we shop around when it comes to cars and maintenance but where other professional shops said we’d have to wait til next day, they made us a priority and handled it immediately. This may have been what was needed to lock us in from ever having to look elsewhere EVER again. To the location…….. TREASURE THAT MAN! A raise wouldn’t be enough. Buy him lunch and dinner, give him a new car, send him to a concert……. But protect Josh at all costs!!! He’s got it right. Thank you all so much for your continued work and taking care of families in our community. If you need a car or service this is the place. I’m sure The lower reviews are negative because they haven’t bought a car in a while, their credit was terrible, they didn’t get their brand new 0 mile car at $100 a month, or whatever the case. Do you research before buying a car and bashing a company and get yourself right because this place right here will get you right. Matter of fact, I just bought one this week. Thank you guys again.
