Wonderful customer service. Raymond took 20 minutes out of his day to help me over the phone to figure out a seat belt chime problem I was having, on a vehicle I didnt even purchase from them. Cant thank Raymond enough for his time, his patience and pleasant demeanor. Will absolutly send business his way. Rare to find people that actually care about customer service nowadays. Especially with us younger folks. Will 100% be purchasing my next company vehicle and family vehicle from him. Thanks again for your help Raymond. You definatly brightened my day. I like to totally recommend Marlon Acevedo & Giankarlo Serrano for teaming up & handling our sour situation from May 17th & turning it all around on May 20th, 2019 for the best of us customer. These two Sale Rep truly understands the meaning of Team Work & Respect toward one another. They also express there concern in making sure WE the customer to leave this location with much joy & smiles on our face. We are so glad at the end of two whole days dealing with the situation they locked it in very good terms. Yes we may be paying a little more then originally told thou we were satisfied knowing we was not leaving home with a lemon yet instead left home with a brand new unlimited beautiful New Jeep too our liking. Thank you guys for truly stepping up & taking good care of us til the end. Mr. Giankarlo Serrano was so knowledgeable & upfront with us that I thought he was a floor manager the way he join & team up with our sale rep Marlon Acevedo. Mr.Giankarlo Serrano should get promoted too Sale Floor Manager as not til the end of our transaction did we find out he has only been with your company for a short period of time definitely a keeper. Should definitely be a Manager . Marlon Acevedo is also a very pleasant young man & worked hard for us not too leave unhappy & apologize for the situation we experienced & promises he will do his best to gain us. Honestly again they join a good team player & truly gave it they’re 100% plus & treated us with respect. Gave us options to see & check til we left home after the sour experience very happy & thankful that they took there time in showing a good team work & customers satisfaction. Keep your heads up /stay positive/ stay real with your customer. God see the good hearted folks & your hard work at the end will always make a difference in someone life.
