I brought my truck in because Tire Kingdom replaced all four TPMS and could not reset the display. They charged 480 dollars and said they would pay for Dodge to reset the Epu. I left the truck there and was told if have it back the next day. Well it took 2 days because I didn't schedule an appointment. He kept me up to date on the status of my truck. Carlos and big country went above and beyond to get me the jeep I wanted and on my price range
Front Brembo brake replacement. Requested dealership to have brakes on hand ahead of appointment. They did not. 1 trip turned into 2 trips. On the 2nd trip, technician discovered brakes were wrong size due to container box labeled correctly, but incorrect parts inside. Had to get a loaner for yet another trip back to the dealership (3 trips total). Cost me time and money (gas) and then I had to pay for gas for the loaner car never mind my out of expenses for gas for my vehicle for the extra trip.
Overall satisfied. Disappointed that the dealership charges a transaction fee when using credit cards. Also, my vehicle wasn't washed prior to delivery.

Service was completed but all the advisors disappeared into an internal meeting and I had to go look for my car which was ready for over an hour ago but I wasn't notified of this.

So I'm at Cape Coral Dodge and my salesman Andy Turner. This man is extremely knowledgable. I'm looking for a tow vehicle. He hooked me up with a ram 1500 with a remote engine start and the Molten Red paint and the Pentastar engine. This thing is supposed to tow way more than what I need very very knowledgeable. Give him a call if anybody looking for something you need to talk to this man, he will definitely help you out.

Check engine light on, Lisa was kind and courteous, faulty air filter found and air filter caused some sensors to go bad. I was provided with rental car until filter and sensors could be replaced.
