I called to make an appt to have a recall on the airbags in my Pacifica. When I arrive ,I learned that my particular model was on backorder. It would have been good for the person on the phone to have checked to see if mine was in stock. Thank you.
This was the 7th time back but I understand the problem i was having was electrical which is not always the easiest thing to find. The wait time was entirely to long when I had to wait (7+hours) sitting in the wait room. So far the electronic stability control light has not come back on so I guess we will just hope for the best being at has only been a few days. Wendy and Scott the shop foreman were very nice to deal with, because of them would be the reason I would go back.

My service advisor got three repairs approved through my warranty company with one deductible. That made me very happy. The technology the dealership has implemented is great. AI scheduling was perfect. The automated messaging around the appointment didn't quite work as intended, though I was unable to make comments or changes to the appointment when prompted to by the system.
