The Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid has the 3.6-Liter Pentastar V6 engine that has a 16 kWh lithium-ion battery that strengths an electric motor. The minivan gets enough power with the gas engine but as a hybrid, both engines can work together for the best fuel efficiency. While driving the minivan the main way to recharge the onboard battery is with the Regenerative braking.
When it comes to charging Chrysler offers three different charging systems for the lithium-ion battery to restore its full capacity. The plug-in appliance it comes with is the standard 120-volt outlet. However, buyers can upgrade to the 240-volt Level II charger installation at home to be able to enjoy a full charge two hours maximum.
Standard on the 2019 Pacifica Hybrid are power sliding doors on the driver and passenger side with fixed glass, on/off headlamps, premium fog lamps, LED taillamps, a daytime running headlamps and a laminated front door glass to minimize the interior noise levels and outside interference. Available upgrades include a chrome Stow n’ Place roof rack, rear and front splash guards, a power liftgate, 17-inch polished aluminum wheels (which are optional on the Touring L) come standard on the 2019 Pacifica Hybrid, but there are options to upgrade to 18-inch polished aluminum or black-noise painted wheels instead.
The 2019 Pacifica Hybrid, as a standard, offers sunscreen glass, keyless entry enter-n-go, triple-zone automatic climate control, remote keyless entry for all doors, easy entry second-row slide seating, a power eight-way driver’s seat and an acoustic windshield designed to block out all outside noises. Also standard on the Pacifica Hybrid Touring Plus is cloth upholstery while leather-trimmed seats (perforated or premium) are standard on the Limited Trims and Pacifica Hybrid Touring L. As an upgrade, the 2019 Pacifica Hybrid offers buyers ventilated and heated front seats, an auto-dimming mirror, KeySense technology, and a remote start system.
Standard on the Touring L and Hybrid Touring Plus trims is a six-speaker audio system, but the Touring L also offers the 13-Alpine speaker audio system an option. An astounding 20-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio sound system and three-channel wireless headphones come with the Pacifica Hybrid Limited trim. There’s an 8.4-inch infotainment touchscreen that is standard and it includes Bluetooth with voice command, Apple CarPlay, and Google Android Auto capabilities, steering wheel-mounted audio controls and HD radio.
A 4G LTE WiFi hotspot comes standard on the Limited trim. It’s an upgrade on the Touring L and Touring Plus as well. Also included on the upgrade package on the high-tier Limited trim is the navigation, seatback video screens, SiriusXM Traffic, latest Uconnect 4C infotainment system with navigation, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, Travel Link, seatback video screens and wireless streaming.

Side-curtain airbags, advanced multistage airbags, a driver’s knee airbag, are standard on the 2019 Pacifica Hybrid as well as an innovative occupant classification system, a LATCH-ready child seat anchor system, a ParkView rearview camera, a security alarm and a pedestrian warning speaker. Available advanced safety features are rear cross path detection, full-speed warning with collision warning plus, a 360-degree surround view camera system, ParkSense with front and rear park assist with a stop feature, lane departure warning plus, blind spot monitoring and parallel and perpendicular park assist.
Every 2019 Pacifica Hybrid comes with a three-year or 36,000-mile limited basic warranty, a five-year or 60,000-mile limited powertrain warranty on the gas engine. The battery in the Pacifica Hybrid is backed-up by an eight-year or 100,000-mile or 150,000-mile – depending on the state of residency.
